Here is my first photoshop action for you guys to use if you wish. Its very simple and nothing special, but it is an effect I use often so it may be somewhat useful to you.
To use, just click this link here then download and install into your Photoshop. I use photoshop CS4, so it should definitely work on other CS(s) but I'm not sure on the other ones like Elements.
Use however you like, I don't mind.
